Help with Logitech MX Revolution mouse problems in Lion...

Greetings,

I've been using a Logitech MX Revolution mouse for years and it has really served me well.

I've recently migrated to a new Mac Pro running Lion and have encountered an problem with what appears to be only one button on the mouse -- the Thumb Wheel Backwards.

As a 3D modeler, I use all the buttons on the mouse for selecting verious tools, but now, working in Lion, I can not get that one button to be properly programed -- no matter what key or command I assign it to, toggling this wheel backwards launches Mission Control.

I've tried turning the button off in the Logitech Control Center, but even this does not work.

I am wondering if this is a known issue, and, more importantly, if anyone has found a solution.

Of course I am frustrated, but trying to keep a cool head.

Thank you for the assistance.

Greetings,

For any who search out this post -- good news, I have remedied the issue described above by uninstalling the Logitech Control Center and reinstalling it -- all issues are now gone and the mouse is working as it should.

I used the Logitech UnInstaller that downloaded with the application -- you can use spotlight to find it in utilities.

So life is now cool again.
