Show all notes in calendar doesn't always work

Did you figure this out? I have had the same problem for awhile...IOS5 and now on IOS6.

I am getting this same problem. I cant figure out why it is happening. I recreated an idential appointment and pasted the note in the note field and it shows up in on the phone. It has something to do with how the meeting request was created - maybe different versions of outlook? I am using outlook 2010. Apple please fix this!!!!!

I support a large number of iPhone 4S's and some "show all notes" and some do not. Does anyone know what setting is preventing this from working on ony SOME of my devices?

Well the way that I fixed the issue was to recreate the calendar event in MS Outlook and make sure the information in the note field is just plain text. There is a problem when you put html code in the note field. The other problem is when you are invited into a meeting using MS Outlook and the other user has html code in the main not field. I had to just copy the text from the html code and delete the content and paste just the text back in and it worked.

I don't even have the option to "show all notes" on some devices. Some have it and some don't. The model and iOS version does not matter. It must be a setting somewhere, possibly it is a setting in the individual email account, not on the iPhone itself??

Where do I find the "show all notes" option on the iPhone?

As far as i know there is no show all notes on the iphone itself. if there are notes in the email from outlook calendar then they should show up on the iphone when viewing the calendar event.

I am still having this issue with iPhone 5s. It is really causing me problems at work because all the dial in information for my conference call meetings is at the bottom of the notes sections which often doesn't appear.
