I have just installed OSX 10.7.3 and tried running Logic Pro afterwards and it does not work. I was not aware of that this would be the case before installing Lion. What do I need to do to get it running again? Thanks.

What version of Logic? Logic is supported in Lion from version 9.1.4 and up. So updating may do the trick.

Thanks for your suggestion. The version of Logic Pro is 9.0, so that may be the reason why it will not work with Lion. When you suggest updating, does that mean there is a free download from the Apple site or does it have to be purchased from the Apple store? Is there a specific update that you know of that may fix the issue? I have checked for automatic updates via the iMac and it did not find any for Logic. Thanks.

For 9.0 it is a free update. There are two conditions: Logic Pro must be called Logic Pro (no version numbers in the name) and it must be in the Applications Folder. Then the automatic update will work.

Thanks. It worked. I downloaded the 9.1.7 update after making sure Logic was in the Applications folder , as you suggested. Thanks again for your help; much appreciated. Kind regards, Nik.
