Does anyone have any answers to why our iTunes U Site Manager Page does not load?

Greetings;

Since other contributors can log in normalls, it sounds as though there may be an issue with your contributor's user name or password. Also, you might make sure that your contributor's Safari application and OS are up to date. All the best...
