Yes, I am talking about the site you linked to. I have an Instructor who has a role of Contributer, and he is not able to log in. He says that he enters his Apple ID and password, but then the page just hangs.
I assume that you're able to log in as usual. Do you have other Contributors who are able to log in normally?

Yes, I can log in as usual, as the administrator. Then I just had a fellow administrator change me to a Collaborator, and I was able to log in. I also asked our other collaborators and one responded saying he has not had any problems.

Since other contributors can log in normalls, it sounds as though there may be an issue with your contributor's user name or password. Also, you might make sure that your contributor's Safari application and OS are up to date. All the best...
