imovie export problem to be solved!

Does anyone know how to export an imovie 11 project, or sequence at 30 frames per second successfully?

I have it currently at 24 frames per second and it is incredibly jittery.

There doesnt seem to be an option to upload it at anything other than 30. it is stuck at 30 fps, and so when converted into quicktime, it plays real bad because I think I pressed somthing wrong in the begining...
