I want to create a Paid Books Account, but it says I have to enter a website URL. I don't have a website, so what should I enter?
Apple expects you to provide a support website and email address when using a paid account.

Do you know anybody who can make a website for you ?
If you dont know about websites, it can be quiet difficult for you, it involves not only a website , but a server / host and software.
There are many places you can get a free template webpage account and build using the built in options.
Do you have Facebook - maybe that will suffice for people to contact you.
Vinny - Are you suggesting the OP get by without proper support? Being able to deal with users/customers shouldn't be a "get by" effort, don't you agree? Is that your approach and if so, how has it worked out for you so far?
No, I am suggesting options that nobody else did.

This statement while factual, offers no solutions to supply a URL and have a support page,
I can build websites till the cows come home... not everybody can, so a face book page is a starter option, I should also have added that WordPress be checked out.
