how do I sign into Showtime app?

Have you tried logging into the Showtime Anytime website? Have you contacted Verizon to verify they are partsipating in the showtime anytime? When you try to loginto showtime anytime, are you using the verizon user name created when you signed up for your Verizon service? (this should be the same ID you would use to log into the internet using your verizon internet connection) Are you able to log into the verizon website using that user name and password? Have you verified with verizon that the user id your using is your primary verizon user ID?

I did my 30 day trial back in oct 2015

showtime app on apple tv 3rd gen

showtime cant tell me how to reset my password

set up with I tunes but you sign out of show time app you cant get back in

because you don't know your show time password

customer service show time is a joke

so I said after my trail is over I wont renew thanks

they know of the issue but have not fixed it

you sign into it with your I tunes email and password the showtime app

but beware you sign out of the app you cant get back in
