Hi All,
If I copy and paste text from word docs into a mac mail message and select "paste and match style", mac mail seems to apply it's own formatting when received by outlook. It looks perfect in mac mail, all in arial with a font size of 12? Italics where they should be etc. On the receivng end it becomes a jumbled up mess with no standard font, no paragraph breaks etc...
Why is this and how can I fix it?

I'm curious, is the recieving end a Mac?
Also, are you 100% sure their end supports the same fonts that you're using?
recieving end is invariably windows (outlook). I'm using arial so it's definitely supported. I send off in arial, i get a reply from a windows maching, and the font of my message changes to times new roman? how can this be?
as well as the message displaying with wierd fonts on the windows machine, even before it is forwarded.
This also happens to me. Given that I use Mac Mail for business purposes, I find it embarrassing that my emails are not all formatted the same. Help appreciated!
