As you can see here, I want the line from the 750 Hz, 3000 Hz and 6000 Hz to be dotted, can anybody help me with that?

I don't understand your question. What line or lines are you talking about?

The lines that goes upwards from the x-axis marking 750, 3000 and 6000 Hz.

This is not a feature Numbers supports. You can turn off grid lines, then draw lines using the shapes menu in the tool bar:

I agree with Wayne that Shapes are a good way to doctor your chart. Another approach that might be useful if you are going to be making many charts alike would be to create your own custom background for the chart with lines already created as per your preference, then eliminate the Fill and other detail from the chart and lay the chart over the background.

I had another question, it has to do with logarithmic scale.
I want to make the x-axis logarithmic, but i don't know where to start. Any tips?

select the chart, then open the Charts inspector, then select the Log scale item in the X-Axis options

Numbers isn't capable of that scaling, as far as I can tell. As you can see if you've experimented, both the min and max are constrained to values of 10ᴺ. It would take an effort on your part to scale the data and then replace the X-Axis labels to match the scaled data.
