How can I use a HEMA prepaid simcard in my Ipad. I changed the APN to prepaidinternet, but what should I use as a username and password?

Have done that, but it didn't help.

Have called the servicedesk but they say they don't support prepaidcards used for the Ipad.

They think it should work but don't know how.
