Does flashback also affect 10.4?

Does Flashback also affect 10.4, or is the advice from apple given in their additional infomation section that asks us to turn off Java just a general precaution?

It would affect any computer running that specific version of Java that was insecure. Turning off Java is a general precaution. In most cases websites don't need it to run so there's really no reason to have it on. If you do have it on, just be cautious as to what you accept and don't.
