Network Range in Scanner

What are you putting in for your network range? what IP to what IP? Have you verified there is nothing in the search field? ( by clicking the x in the search field. ) what ip range are you in?

Have you checked at least one of the computers your scaninning for? if so, what IP dose it have? Dose it have remote access / remote management enabled? ANd what is the network like between you and your target test computer?

this behavior is sometimes associated with other problems - as in can you observe/control computers but not copy to or install packages? Do the computers show with bonjour selected, but not network range? And did scanning used to work, but now doesn't? Or has it never worked?
