If you have not yet installed any plug-ins you probably will not find the folder  there; then you need to create it:Select the Library Folder on your system drive, then navigate to Application Support, and create all the folders along this path: /Library/Application Support/Aperture/Plug-Ins/Export/AperturePicasaPlugin.ApertureExport/

There is no other Aperture to Picasa plug-in that I know of.  For a while after Über stop selling their plug-ins they were available for free but that was a while ago and I haven;t been able to locate them since.  It would be nice if they released their code to the public domain since there aren't using it anymore. I contacted them about this but never received a reply. regards

Ben,I just tried the first link on the Softpedia Site, it downloaded a plug-in, but I have no way to check if it still works with Aperture, just try it:Aperture-Picasa-Download (discontinued, still mirrored by Softpedia):http://mac.softpedia.com/progDownload/Aperture-Picasa-Plugin-Download-50358.html orhttp://code.google.com/p/aperture-picasa-plugin/Stand alone Picasa Uploader: http://picasa.google.com/mac_tools.html Or you may just export your project to a folder and use the stand-alone Picasa Uploader; this way you can avoid to export the Faces Tags to Picasa - for probably your subjects will not want their faces tagged for all to see.  RegardsLéonie
