Yes.
Can you explain how this is possible cause I tried settings then mail, contacts , calanders then fetch new data then I made sure push is on then went down to advanced and selected which I want push and which I want manuel. After doing that they both still pushed so please explain what I need to do? Thanks.

Many don't know what push means.
How do you know emails were delivered via push for the account set to manual via Advanced?
No idea didn't realize it's rocket science just thought its simple like the other functions.
When it sounds the email alert and shows the badge app icon without me having to open the iPad email app to me that's push. Manuel is when you open the iPad email app and then you hear the email alert.
The way I know it was delivered via push for the account set to manuel is that I tested it and I receive the email without having to actually open the iPad email app. It just shouldn't be complicated.
You don't know what push means.
Push means new messages received at the incoming mail server are pushed out by the incoming mail server without the email client being used to access the account having to check the account automatically or manually which is called fetch. An account can be checked automatically without having to open the Mail app which is not push.
Manual with the Mail app on an iOS device is not the same as manual with an email client on your computer.
If you launch the Mail app, all email accounts will be checked for new messages even when manual is selected for an account. If manual is selected for an account, it should not be checked for new messages until to launch the Mail app.
Ok I have one of my yahoo accounts on Manual, however without even launching the mail app I receive the alert that I have new mail. Why is that? I figured if it's manual then like you said it should only check after I launch the mail app.
Settings, Mail etc, Fetch new data, Advanced and change all accounts to Manual.

How would you possibly do that? All Yahoo mail accounts Push (although often poorly). To my knowledge, there is no way to set a Yahoo account to be manually fetched.
The Push setting is a global setting for all accounts that support Push, it is either ON or OFF. The Fetch setting is also global and is for accounts that don't support Push, or if you have Push turned OFF for all accounts.
Adding all the above, there is no way to have one Yahoo account Push and another Yahoo account Fetch, manually or on a timed schedule.

That only applies to accounts that don't support Push (Yahoo does), or if you have Push turned OFF, which is a global setting for all accounts (so doing that would mean all accounts would not Push).
Ok thanks but how about I want my main email account to check and alert me of new mail without me having to launch the email app and the other to be on manual where I have to launch the app for it to check or whatever it's called? I want one account on manual and my main account to sound and all that without having to launch the app.
I just want my main yahoo account to push and the rest just be manual. I don't know what push really means anymore thanks to Allan Sampson but I just want one of my yahoo accounts to alert me of new mail without having to launch the app. Make sense?
If they're both Yahoo accounts, you cannot achieve this. Both accounts will have new e-mail Pushed to your device (without you having to open the Mail app), unless you turn Push OFF, in which case none of your accounts will be Pushed.
If you want one account to be on a Fetch schedule, you'll have to use a different type of account (like GMail). That way, your Yahoo mail will indicate when you get new mail without you opening the app, but the GMail account will only indicate that you have new mail if you open the Mail app, or if you put it on a Fetch schedule that is not Manual. Note that GMail can support Push, but you have to set it up as an Exchange account.
To my knowledge, there is no way to set a Yahoo account to be manually fetched.
There is at Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Fetch New Data > Advanced.
Each email account accessed with the Mail app will be available. For an email account that supports push access, there are 3 options - Push, Fetch, Manual.
You can leave the global Push setting on which is for more than email accounts and turn Push access on or off for an email account that supports push. For an email account that does not support push, there are 2 options - Fetch and Manual.
If Manual is selected for one of the Yahoo accounts, email should not be pushed by the incoming mail server and the account should not be checked for new messages unless the Mail app is launched.
