How do I increase the radio reception on my nano 6th gen? And what headphones work best with it?

I already have it set to USA too. I just cant get a good signal in the gym. 😢 Help!

Any headphones will work and the cord from your headphones to the Nano serve as the antenna so less shielding actually works to your advantage here.

Gyms usually put out a very low signal and there is really no way to increase the reception.
