what screwdriver do i need for the mid 2010 macbookpro

just wanna clen my macbook pro and wanna get the right screwdriver

Like others said before the Phillips #00 will work for removing the bottom case, but if you find excessive lint or hair you may want to remove other components. For that you would also need a Torx T6 & Tri-Lobe #0 (also called a triwing) screwdriver. You can find a nice list of compatible screwdrivers & ESD-safe anti-static tools on this website: http://www.teak23macparts.com/
