How do I change the country of the delivery address - it is grayed-out?
It seems you can't change the country of the delivery address for a book you order in iPhoto. Why on earth not?
iPhoto '11, Mac OS X (10.7.3)
iPhoto -> Preferences -> Advanced
Select a Print Store there
