Other Party Can't Hear me on FaceTime/Speakphone Call

The title bassicly reflects my issue here. Whenever I attempt to facetime or call someone using the speakerphone the other party can't here me or can barely hear me. The same goes for when I try to create a video.

But what's odd is the voice memo feature works to what seems normal and normal phone calls (without speakerphone) also sound fine. Even If I plug in my apple earbuds or third party earbuds the mic works too. Any solutions?

Solutions Attempted

- Reset and Restored by iPhone

- Checked sound settings

- Took off Apple Bumper, clearcoat peices are still on

iPhone 4S/Verizon/iOS 5.1

Just made a skype test call and it sounded perfect. What's going on? Does facetime, the video recorder, and speakerphone use a different mic then 3rd party apps and voice memos? o.0
