Wake Mac (10.4) over WAN

I have a VCN program (TeamViewer 7) running on my Mac and iPhone which works great so long as the mac is awake, however i put it to sleep when i leave work and sometimes i'd like to access my work Mac at home.

I've seen theres an Wake on LAN setting however from home it wouldn't be LAN it would be WAN (i think?).

Is there a setting or a tweak or a command line code i could run to get my Mac to wake for WAN?
