Hi there,
I accidently spilled some fruit juice on my keyboard which got under my keys.
They keys are extremely sticky now and it's hard to type.
I gently tried to take a key out by using a knife as anchor, but i didn't do it because im afraid that i will destroy the key.
So can i just pull them off with some strenght, or do i need a special tool or method to take them off to clean?

Allright.
But one think, i got a prolblem with the 'Enter' key.
That's the one who is the most sticky, but i really have to pull hard.
I don't feel really confortable with just pulling it off with strenght.
Should i just take it off?
You can always go to an Apple store & let the geniuses pull the key off or an AASP. If you don't know what you're doing or not comfortable, then don't. In fact, it might be best in your case to pay an AASP to clean things up for you.

I have not done it with my MAC, but I have on some other notebooks. After a spill, I remove the keyboard, and actually wash it under warm water. I have even let them soak if really bad.
Once that is done, I blow them out with compressed air, then put them in a container with uncooked rice and leave for a week.
They come out as good a new.
I have always been prepared to replace the keyboard if this didn't work. So far I have never had to do it. Just popping the keys is probably not going to get down to where your problem lies.
I replacement keyboard is about $65 online, so keep that in mind.

I really wonder if you have ever been near a unibody MacBook Pro in your life.
Cause all of us who own such a model know that the keyboard is set thru the aluminum chassis, comes up from below and is, for all practical purposes, unremoveable. The keys poke thru the top and if any fluid finds its way down, it will trickle thru all the computer's electronics. The part, together with the trackpad, is the first component installed and would require removing everything in order to reach it. The task is so complicated and risky that all the DIY sites I know don't even carry a "keyboard removal" procedure, much less list the replacement part. Suggesting a "scrub-a-dub and watch it shine" seems awfully irresponsible, knowing that any innocent but enterprising novice who may attempt such a thing will most certainly destroy the computer. Even with that self-serving CYA "do at your own risk" statement.

Like I said, I have never had the KB out of my MBP, but I did see they had them for sale, so I must assume they are removable, but again, do at your own risk. I would probably attempt it if it were mine, and out of warranty.
the EXACT same thing happened to me and my up and down keys were sticky.
but i took them off with a knife with no problem . it comes off rather easy if your putting to much force on it you're lifting a wrong area. try lifting the lower left corner of the key and lift it gently till you hear it click. then lift the higher left corner and it'll come right off! but again don't use too much power and use like 2mm of the knife's head!
