Q: I cannot see my purchased books on all my Apple devices.

Does iCloud sync my iBook purchases with all my Apple devices?

 

I purchase a book on my iPad but is not showing up on my iPhone.

It won't automatically download on your other devices unless you have automatic downloads turned on in Settings > Store. You should be able to (re-)download it on your other devices for free.
