May 3, 2014 7:46 PM in response to Leximcbrideby gail from maine,This is a user to user support forum - not a chat group. If you need to reset your device Hold down the Home and Power buttons at the same time and continue to hold them down until the Apple appears (up to 30 seconds). Once the Apple appears, the reset is taking place and the Home screen should display shortly.
Cheers,

May I suggest you start a new thread posting your question in the relevant section of this forum (iTunes) in order to get help from one of the many fellow users here on this forum rather than "hijacking" a thread that has nothing to do with your question
I also suggest you proivide as much information as possible both about your system and about what happens when you try to launch iTunes - the more that you can tell us about your problem, the more likely that you will get the advice you seek.

May 27, 2014 5:40 AM in response to KeJt9by Strawb268,Hi KeJt9,
You have posted this question in an old thread about online chat support for desktop iMacs! Nothing to do with iPhones.
Might I suggest that you repost your question in the section of this forum that deals with iPhones - I'm sure someone will be able to help you there.

Aug 3, 2014 12:44 AM in response to Morellaby brentweller,I am struggling too!
Also, how do I e mail all my contacts with one message?
-
Aug 3, 2014 9:36 PM in response to brentwellerby gail from maine,What part of "START A NEW THREAD" in the appropriate forum is not clear? This is a dead thread. Your question is in no way related to the original question. We don't know if your question refers to mail on a Mac, and iPhone, and iPad.....
Find the correct forum for your question and start a new thread.....PLEASE!!!!!

Aug 9, 2015 4:43 PM in response to peter mikeby freddie4u,I Need help with I'd as I changed my email and mistakenly changed my id. Big mistake. Now I cannot access the cloud or App Store. Help!!

Aug 9, 2015 9:17 PM in response to freddie4uby gail from maine,Did you change the Apple ID on your existing Apple account? If so, then you need to go to Settings>iTunes & App Store, sign out the old ID and sign in the new one.
For iCloud you are going to have to do the following if you did not sign out the old ID before changing it on your Apple account:
1. Go to Manage your Apple ID, sign in with the current ID and password and change the Apple ID back to the old ID. This is temporary. Do NOT validate it, do NOT change the password: Apple - My Apple ID
2. Go to Settings>iCloud, scroll down to the bottom of the screen and Sign out the old iCloud account. Type in your current Apple ID password when prompted.
3. Go back to Manage your Apple ID, sign in with the Old ID and the current password, and change the ID back to the new email address. You may have to validate it again
4. Go back to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your updated Apple ID and your current password
You also need to sign out the old ID and sign in the new updated one in FaceTime and Messages.
Next time, start a new thread when you have a question like this. Appending it to a post that is over 2 years old, and asking a question that is not related to the original post is usually going to result in your never getting an answer....
