my i pad cant connect to tplink repeater

I ve used a TP-LINK product TL-WA801ND as a repeater to extend the signal of my router.When I pad 2 device is in repeaters' range cannot connect to the network.A problem that doesnt seem to have my macbook pro (Intel Core 2 2.4GHz Ver 10.6.8) or my old laptop running Windows XP.
