Installation CD/DVD MackBook Pro

It's maybe asked already... But is it normal that I didn't get a CD/DVD with my MacBook Pro that I bought in december?

That's correct. All machines that shipped with Lion have a recovery partition which provides the tools necessary to restore your system. No DVDs are provided.

Yes. New Macs supplied with Lion OS did not get DVDs since everything is done by download now. Utilities are part of a separate volume on your computer.
