So how fast do my hard drives have to be?

I am editing using FCP7 and the video is 1920-1080 ProRes.

I have various drives in various enclosures. I'm trying to figure out if I have to marry drives together in a RAID or leave them as stand alone drives.

Is there a chart that lays it out? Blackmagic Speedtest only gives reults for 10bit and 12bit.
