I need to purchase a copy of Windows 7 Ultimate to install on my iMac using bootcamp. Can someone confirm if 64 bit version of Microsoft's OS will install on my iMac. The machine was purchased in July 2011.

Processor: 2.7 GHz Intel Core i5
Memory: 4Gb 1333 MHz DDR3
Software: Mac OS X Lion 10.7.3

Thanks Kappy! Not that I dont believe you but do you know of a place in Apple's support documentation where they give model numbers that could runt eh 64 bit version? I'd like to confirm before I purchase $300 software online and get stuck with it.

64-bit Windows will run on all Intel Core 2 Duo or later Macs. But here's what you want:
