iMovie on iOS, already bought on iPhone, can not be installed on new iPad?

I bought the "new iPad", when syncing the apps to it through iTunes, I tried to sync iMovie amongst other things, everything else installed fine, but iMovie came up with "an error occurred while installing iMovie"

Any ideas what this could be?

It's offered me nothing in terms of what the issue could be, it just fails.

Thanks

Just to clarity and a conclusion to people reading this post, kiwiphone4 has nailed it. I am from the uk and moved to Australia over a year ago, so I changed the bank details associated with my apple account from uk to Aussie, this moved everything from uk iTunes account to an Aussie one. So it appears I bought iMovie just before I moved, on my iPhone 4, and that explains why I can't install it now, because the transfer from one country to another with apple accounts is actually very messy, I've got all sorts of purchased books and music which I'm not allowed to access because I moved countries.

So yes this explains it thanks, although I'm not happy because I still bought it wi my money, and its the same account, it's just moved countries.

Thanks
