Just a follow up. Warranty about to expire

Hi, I was asked to email the proof of billing and took the picture of my receipt of the Apple Care Protection Plan. Apple Website said that the you will reply to the email in 24 to 48 hours. It is 45 hours since I emailed you my receipt and in less than 24 hours, my warranty on my iPad 2 will be expired. I need your email to extend my Apple Care asap. Thanks
