Audio CD Clicks but not in same place.....

Hi mastering a CD in Waveburner and checking a test CD burnt from the DDP output.

Playing the CD in iTunes I am getting clicks but not always in the same place.

Can a faulty CD cause clicks that happen in different places on repeated listening to the same track?

Or has my system suddenly started clicking ( or is it something coming from space......)

I can't send this master off like this......

What do you all think?
