Tech Diana,

The Kuwait store does not sell music or videos.

For a list of what is available seeiTunes Store: Which types of items can I buy in my country?

Tech Diana,

Disappointing I know, but that is the current state of what's available.

iTunes Match depends on using Store copies of song files, so (although I am not certain) I doubt it is usable in Kuwait.

Regarding Ping: I have not used it, and I assume you are aware that it has not garnered much of a following, but you can certainly give it a try and see if it is available there.

Diana,

Here is the official word from the Terms and Conditions of the iTunes USA Store:

"The iTunes Service is available to you only in the United States, its territories, and possessions. You agree not to use or attempt to use the iTunes Service from outside these locations. Apple may use technologies to verify your compliance."

From what I've seen on this Forum, that compliance checking is conducted on a spot-check basis. If they see the account is being used from outside the USA, they close the account, with no recourse.
