Apple will replace it for US$149. Take it to the Apple Store.

I hope it isn't too late...

DO NOT USE YOUR IPHONE!! This may cause a short circuit which would destroy the phone beyond repair.

1.Depending on how long the iphone was in water, put the iphone in a bowl of rice, if you just had it in water briefly, like dropped it and took it out, put it in the rice overnight. if it was in there for an extended period of time, put it in for 2-3 days. But with the iPhone in the water for extended amounts of time, the rice trick tends to be much less successful in getting the moisture out than if it were a quick drop, so you may want to skip to the nest and last step.

2.If this doesn't work (the iPhone still won't turn on or something), take it to the apple store, and they will replace it for $200.

If it is already broken, just take it to the apple store.
