hi
i have upgraded to snow leopard 10.6.3 to then upgrade to osx lion to enable me to keep me.com address. when i now put in the password to log on (it is the right password) the computer starts to load onto the desktop for about 5 seconds then goes to a light blue/ grey screen and returns to the log in screen to start again.
any solutions?
i am thinking of an upgrade to a mac air. if i take the macbook in to an appleshop can the drive data be transfered with this error?
