When i enter bluetooth the on/off bar does't show but it keeps loading (that circle thing).
I have just updated from itunes but nothing happened. Any help?

When you say the same thing, does that mean that you cannot turn bluetooth on or off? If you cannot turn it on, does this mean the on/off switch is grayed out? If so, try this support document http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1559
No it shows that loading circle thing and its been doing this for 1 week.
As long as bluetooth is on, you will see the spinning circle. This means that bluetooth is on and is in discovery mode. If you are trying to connect to the Beats wireless, once you have turned on bluetooth on the phone and you see the spinning circle, you put the Beats into pairing/discovery mode. Check the documentation for the Beats, and then they should connect. You may need to enter a passcode on the phone for the headset, but the headset has to be in pairing/discovery mode.
I know that I paired the beats 1000 times with my iPod and iPhone but this time the Bluetooth on/off button is replaced with

Ohhh I think I know the reason why Bluetooth isn't working because I was having a bond fire and I cough on fire and jumped in the pool next to me with my phone in my pocket I tryed to take it out but my right side started to burn up and I saw the pool behind me so I ran and jumped in it. It was a crazy night.
