Connect to a Cisco PIX 515e Firewall VPN

Can I connect to a Cisco VPN / ipsec from my VPN from OS X ?
Cisco requires group authentication and user authentication, I need to know if it is possible to connect using OS X natural resources without using Cisco VPN Client (that I already have it).
