I bought an new iPad from future shop but it has been14 days already and i accidentlly found out that there is a dust under the screen(not screen protector) it is really annoying!! is it possible to exchange a brand new iPad if I bring my iPad back to the apple store? And do I have to go back to where I bought it? Or any apple store it's fine? And if it is possible to exchange a new one do I have to bring all my chager, USB line back? (i heard that if there is really an issue and they allow you to exchang the new one the apple store will exchang a new iPad in a brown box without the charger) dose any one have same experiences before? Thanks
