Home sharing - There is no "Shared" heading on my computer.

There is no "shared" tab/heading on my computer. When I go to advanced, homesharing appears to be turned on. But how can I use it if there is no "Shared" tab and therefore no "home sharing" tab?

There is a Home Sharing tab on the 2nd computer -- the one that would like to access the library on the 1st computer.

I have the latest version of iTunes. And Windows 7 on both computers.
