Over the last week, Safari has been quitting unexpectedly. The warning box states: "Safari quit unexpectedly while using the .ActivitySoftFlatForm.png plugin". I did a Google search for activity soft flat form with no explanation on what it is. Any help would be appreciated.

What is ActivitySoft Flat Form.png plugin? It keeps making Safari quit.
