I found and removed flasback with the latest security update. Do I also need to change all my passwords to the secure sites that I regularly login?

I found and removed flashback with the latest security update. Do I also need to change all my passwords that I use to login to all the secure sites I enter using my computer?

Yes, in case the malware transmitted them to the attacker. You also need to check your financial accounts for unauthorized activity.
