I'm busy writing a little font display/repair utility. Today, I needed to do some hex to decimal conversions so I looked at my collection of calculators for a suitable product.
I didn't have one!
So I googled a bit and came up with X-flavored apps but nothing for Mac OS 9.
Please suggest something (still available).

Good suggestion Deb. Unfortunately the Hex portion of the calculator is poorly implemented. So I will continue looking.

There mght be something you can use in the Science and Math sub-folders.
Other than the Apple old software downloads - http://download.info.apple.com/Apple_Support_Area/Apple_Software_Updates/English -North_American/
- and the Macintosh Garden (I think this used to the the Underdogs site) http://macintoshgarden.org/
I don't know of anywhere else to look that's got anything useable.
Perhaps you may try getting in touch with the guy that runs the Headgap site - http://headgap.com/ - He also has older software that may work - when I bought a system from him years ago, I got a pretty nifty tools disk with a wide range of programs.
