How do I use/translate AppleWorks 6 documents with Lion?

Before upgrading to Lion (OS X 10.7.3) I could access my AppleWorks 6 software and then translate documents into OS X/Pages. What are the work arounds for this with Lion?

Mac Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.3)

And Numbers will take care of Spreadsheets. However, if you were using the Painting or Drawing functions, there is no program that will be able to read those - I wound up exporting them in Appleworks to .pdf and you can then view them with Preview or whatever else, but of course you can no longer edit/change them.
