Mass Convert wma to mp3

I have 738 wma songs organized in different folders by artist/album and I'd like to convert them to mp3 before adding them to my itunes library. The reason is because I dont want itunes to create it's mp3 version and then have double the room used on the drive. How can I mass convert the songs and have them placed in another folder as they're organized now?
