My iMessage is not working!!

Okay,whenever I go on iMessage ands try to send
A message to somebody it sends the message but when you send it the thing
At the top that says sending with a bar only loads half way and then
Stops (after about 2 hours) and says message not delivered.
It's so annoying!!
Is there anyone who can help me. Cannot sign up in my new ipad3 for iMessage. It says apple I'd not correct but my I'd is correct. M trying to use the sign up via wifi no cellular sim included. What shud I do. Please help.

My FaceTime is signed in, but iMessage still isn't working. This is a worldwide problem since 10 am PST. iMessage continues to say "waiting for validation".
There is a worldwide problem with iMessage right now. I have no solution, but I know it's been happening since around 10 am, PST in the US. The LA Times has written a story on it. Just hold tight, I'm sure they will have it corrected soon.
You have to change the DNS of the Wi-fi that youre using
change the numbers to 8.8.8.8,8.8.4.4
(dont forget the coma)
and in a minute youll be able to send and receive messages :3

As of 11/20/12 my imessages is now working and it didn't work before so now it does work.
My FaceTime isn't signing in either, I know my passwords correct, I even tried resetting it, face time and iMessage isn't working
i know i have tried restarting it and everything i think i message sever is down
