I have not made any purchages 14th and 15th Apr 2012. But Apple Itunes Store had collected money from my Credid Card. How do I get the support to understand what happened.

Have you even tried explaining to them about what happened? Have you actually contacted them yet?
Do you have an in app purchase that may happen automatically that you forgot about - a magazine app or newspaper app for which there are additional ongoing charges?

Agree! 1. You can contact them though your iTunes account. They have an help link there. They will response very soon. 2. You may forget what you have downloaded. 3. Do not log your account in other devices. Such as your girl friend or wife. They may use it, if they know your password.
