I assume you mean you want to delete the apps from your purchase history. You cannot delete apps from your purchase history, it's a history and what has been done cannot be undone. What you can do is hide them, so that they appear as though they have been deleted.

To hide unwanted purchases from your purchase history, swipe the app on your iOS device in the purchase section of the App Store and tap the hide button.

i want to delete too, taking up "storage space" I had to upgrade my storage plan b/c i can't delete.

Hi Pam. You can delete them completely. In iTunes under library choose apps and the list of apps will come up. From here you can right click on one and go to delete. A message will come up asking if you want to delete all contents. Say yes and it is gone. If you have apps on your phone that you just deleted they will go away during your next sync.
