ALL MacBook Pro models suffer from heat under Windows as the fans are not controlled properly by the OS, by the SMC and the newest MBP run even warmer with i7 processor and gpu.
I would assume you've troubleshooted drivers, RAM, heat. Things that go bump in the nite.

Having run Windows 7 on multiple machines, including all my home computers, I have to say that BSODs have become somewhat of a rarity. I sincerely cannot remember the last time one of my computers crashed with a Blue Screen of Death.
