Ipod shuts down but battery full how can I fix this?
My Ipod Touch shuts down but it has a fully charged battery. How do I fix this?
iPod touch, Version 4
- If it will not turn on see:
iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- If it works but periodically shuts down but yu can restart it try the standard fixes:
- Reset. Nothing is lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory defaults/new iPod.
