when i press the power button on my MacBook it won't come on, but when I plug the Charger up then press the power button it'll come on,whats wrong with my MacBook?

Battery is no good. Replace the battery.

Yep, battery is dead and completely drained, so until you attach an alternate power source, there's no juice for the Mac. Have you observed the pretty battery indicator lights? http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3205
