Can you display what's playing in iTunes radio?

Usually, the name of the song playing will be displayed in the top bar of the iTunes Window, you know, the yellow area that shows the Now Playing.

Two things though, it relies on each Radio Station actually making that information available and - if the bar-graph display is showing, you need to click on the small play button in that window to change the dispaly to station name/now playing.
