I've lost 4G

I lost my 4G service, and  an now only connect to Edge service. Ive reset the network settings, and reboot the phone a few times. This has happened in the last hour. I have a 4s phone and am with ATT. Suggestions? Could this be an outage? And if so, where could I confirm?

iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1
