Events and albums on my iPad 2 aren't synching with iPhoto on my MacBook. Synching Photos from iPhoto is turned ON in iTunes. The iPAd is on lates OS update and the MacBook is on 10.6.8. IPhoto on the MacBook is 9.2.3 (629.52).

Photo syncing between iTunes/iPhoto and an iPad is only goes one way. While you can sync your iPhoto library from your Mac onto your iPad, you cannot sync data from iPhoto for iOS back onto iPhoto for Mac.
Was on vacation and only took my iPad (newest one) so all my pictures were placed on the this device. Most of the pictures through Photo Stream are now on iPhoto on the MacBook Pro, but not all the photos why and how do I get the rest of them over to the the MacBook?
If you export to iTunes in the iPhoto app, it will place a folder with the photos you choose into the iPhoto app folder inside the app file sharing menu in iTunes.
